Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy
At JéSora Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items. You can raise a return/exchange request by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Returns
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Initiating a Return: Contact us at info@jesorafashion.com or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.


After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued in the form of a voucher equal to the value of the order excluding shipping and return shipping charges.

This voucher will have a validity of 1 year and can be used for future purchases.

COD
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued as store credit or a voucher of the same value. This credit can be used only at jesorafashion.com and will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.



Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped.

Initiating an Exchange: Contact us at info@jesorafashion.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number, the issue, and the product you’d like in exchange.

Exchange Process: Once approved, we’ll guide you on returning the product. After receiving it, we’ll dispatch the replacement promptly.

Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. We recommend reaching out to our support team promptly if you wish to make changes or cancellations before dispatch.

Non-Returnable Items
These items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalized or customized jewellery

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Items purchased during a sale/offer
