  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges will be applied:

    • Charges may vary as per shopping cart value and offers provided by JéSora 

Note: Delivery timelines may be extended during holidays, festivals, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. JéSora is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

We currently ship Pan India. For remote or unserviceable PIN codes, our team will notify you promptly with alternative options or a full refund.
